Heidi Klum and Seal, one of the most passionate unions in Tinseltown and most powerful couples in Hollywood, surprisingly announced their divorce after seven year living together on Sunday (January 22). The divorce comes as a real shock for fans and even press media. The "Project Runway" host and her singer husband released a statement which says, “While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate”. The joint announcement also adds, “We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition. We thank our family, friends, and fans for their kind words of support. And for our children's sake, we appreciate you respecting our privacy”. Having married in May 2005, Heidi Klum and Seal have three biological children, Henry, 6, Johan, 5, and Lou, 2 together and Seal adopted Heidi's 7-year-old daughter Leni from her previous relationship. Grammy award-winning artist Seal and his Victoria Secret model are famously known for renewing their wedding vows in a lavish ceremony every year on their anniversary. Heidi Klum cites the regular standby, “irreconcilable differences” and there is no information emerged about the money.

The philanthropic couple spoke at hosted the Worldwide Orphans Foundation Sixth Annual Benefit Gala in NYC, emphasizing, “We may be parents, but we still make time to be a couple," Klum has said of her and her husband's relationship”
