August: Lindsay went to Cirque Lodge in Utah and took formal treatment again.
November: Linsay was sentenced to 1 day imprisonment, 3 day community, 3 years for test and 18 month to study alcoholism treatment.
2008: Linsay was rumoured to steal Masha Markova ‘s $11,000 fur coat when attending a party in New York. After a few phone calls from Markova, the expensive fur coat suddenly returned back to its owner.
June 2009: Linsay again was rumoured to steal Dior jewelry worth $ 400,000 when she took photos for Elle magazine. Two days after the shooting day, studio informed the police about the stolen pair of diamond earrings and necklaces. Coincidently, Linsay was wearing the jewelry during that day. The case has not been solved yet.
2010: When Lindsay did not attend the trial, a court order to arrest her. She explained that her passport was lost while attending the Cannes Film Festival in France. This command was withdrawn after the payment of $ 100,000 guarantee.
